Hey everybody!
The blog is looking pretty cool now...all that's missing are some followers//viewers! Haha, it's probably because our blog is so new, not many people know about it yet. But I think I can email some friends to see it, so no worries!
Right now, I'm making icons on photoshop CS4. I doubt they'll be as good as Hannah's...but practice makes perfect.
I am so tired now...last night was movie night for our family, and we watched a really long movie. It was pretty good though, it's called Pilgrim's Progress. The book is good too. The movie was so eye-opening, though! I recommend it to anyone who's looking for a good movie.

I have to go soon because my little brother wants to watch Space Buddies with me. He's a good brother, and I love him so much. I wish my other siblings were more like him! (Haha, only kidding!)

Hey everyone, Esther here.
I just got back from the library, and I'm happy to say that I got some new songs on my iPod! I got the Smile, It's The End of the World album from Hawk Nelson, and a Beatles album. I <3<3<3 the Beatles! They have beautiful music. Well, it looks like Hannah made some amazing banners/icons on Photoshop! You know, I have the newest photoshop version (CS4) and all I know how to do is add effects and play with them, add text, text effects, making false reflections... and that's pretty much it! :'( I can actually make something look nice, but I can't make awesome banners/icons. HANNAH, you have to teach me how to do that stuff!! (Is it okay if I borrow a few icons??? Pretty please? =P) Haha. Well, here's some something I photoshopped. It is a picture I took on my sister's birthday. I photoshopped it and made the reflection, THERE IS REALLY NO REFLECTION.

About Me (Esther)

Hannah and I will each be posting a bio of ourselves.

Well, to start off, I am a Christian girl who loves Jesus Christ. I have medium-length brown hair with shades of blonde and some hints of red in it and brown eyes. I am 5'2, I think, it's been awhile since I measured myself. I have light-coloured skin, except my arms are tanned. I was born on January 14, 1996 in Albania (that's in Europe), but my family moved to the United States when I was like two years old. We lived there until I was 10, and then we moved to Canada, where I live now. I like it a lot here. Right now I am 13, and my hobbies are:

-Music
-Reading
-Writing
-Photography
-Helping people
-Piano
-Hanging out with friends
-Blogging
-Emailing
-Instant messaging
-Going on the computer
-Photoshopping

I like to do a lot of things, but those are my top ones. If you came into my house on a typical day, you'd most likely find me on the computer, or listening to my iPod. I take swimming lessons at the YMCA, and I am currently on level 8/9. I have swimming lessons every Tuesday and Thursday.

Some things I do NOT like are:

-Reading celebrity gossip
-Gossip about people
-People who don't have enough to live on
-Poverty
-Illnesses with no cure
-Illnesses/Diseases of all sorts, for that matter
-Homelessness
-Hearing so much about disaster around the world
-Selfishness

and things like that. Sometimes i wish I could help everyone who needs help and feed the hungry, but that's impossible to do all by yourself, which is why I encourage donating clothes you don't need, making healthy food choices, not overeating...etc.

I also want to become an author or an architect when I grow up. I write my own stories//books, and hope to have them published later on when I finish them. One of my books is almost done; all it lacks is for me to finish! My dad needs to import it from our old computer onto our new one, and then it'll be done soon, I hope.

I really like kids, and I babysit occasionally. To me, I have no greater joy than innocence and seeing kids be so carefree. My advice to children is, be yourself and don't try and mature too quickly.

Some things I WISH I had are:

-Nintendo DS or DSi
-An iTunes account
-More iPod skins in different colours BESIDES clear and black!
-Hair that doesn't get poofy after a shower, and that is more manageable
-The power to not be selfish

And some things you should know about me is, I am NOT photogenic, I am not like other people, I do not wear makeup, and I am not boy-crazy, and most importantly, I love Jesus and God more than anything in this whole world. The only reason I live and breathe and have what I have and do what I do is none other than God, and I want to please Him in everything I do. I am human, though, and lack perfection, but I am happy the way God made me.

So, yeah! I'm not that good at writing about myself, so if I did bad on this bio, shoot me (not literally). I love you all, and God bless!

Well, I just got on the computer, and seeing I'm done with school and seem to have NOTHING to do...I'll just blog a bit. I have nothing in particular to say...OH! I can post my fave bands and why I like them!

Hawk Nelson- I LOVE THIS BAND, and it is my FAVOURITE one of all. I love their music, and especially how catchy all of their songs are! All of them are good too, and I also like how their music has rock in it. My favourite songs from them are: Let's Dance, Ancient History, Is Forever Enough, Friend Like That, Everything You Ever Wanted, Bring Em Out...and some more that I cannot think of right now!!! Basically, just four words: I LOVE THIS BAND!!!!!!!

Switchfoot- This is also one of the best bands EVER. I have like 50 of their songs on my iPod...I think. I don't even know how many they have, but I have...wait, I'll make sure. So, I have one CD with 17 or 18 songs, and another with 12. So that'd be 30 songs. Oh well, close enough. Hahaha. Well, I really like the singer's (Jon Foreman) voice. It's amazing, and plus I like how all the music is good and something you'd like to listen to. My favourite songs from them are This Is Home, We Are One Tonight, Awakening, Dare You To Move, Meant To Live, Learning To Breathe, Dirty Second Hands, and Stars. All of their songs are good, but those are my favourites. :)

Relient K- This band is also veryveryveryvery good. I like Matt Thiessen's (spelling?!) voice, the songs' catchiness, and basically EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM! My favourite songs from them are: The Best Thing, Sadie Hawkins' Dance, Crayons Can Melt on us for All I Care (that one is amazing...listen to it and listen to its epicness), and a lot more.

Superchic[k]- BOWLING BALL IS THE BEST SONG EVER!!! HAHA, I like all of them, except a few, but I like the majority. I love their points, I love their vocals, I love their music, I love EVERYTHING they write! They have a good talent for music and delivering messages through songs. MY FAVOURITE SONG FrOM THEM IS BOWLING BALL. You should listen to it--it's AMAZING!

Coldplay- They're REALLY good too! I like Chris Martin's voice, and I like how they're very well balanced with their instruments. For example, there isn't too much of the guitar, or too much of any instrument. Anyway, my favourite songs from them, as I stated in an earlier post, are: "Viva La Vida", "Clocks", "Yellow", "The Scientist", and more.

tobyMac, BarlowGirl, Francesca Battistelli, pureNRG, and others- All of them are good but it'd take too long to describe why I like them all!

So, yeah! I like a WHOLE LOT more, but right now, that's all I can think of, and those are my top ones. If you're looking for a good band, check one out!
